These treatments are designed to calm the nervous system, ease general tension and help you switch off. Pressure is usually light to medium, with warm oils, flowing strokes and a peaceful atmosphere.

Relaxing Full Body Massage, Relaxing Massage, Full Body Massage and Hot Stone Massage are ideal if you feel stressed, tired or just want to treat yourself. If you prefer firmer work for specific pain or injuries, see the Pain Relief & Therapeutic section below.
These options use firmer techniques and more specific work to target problem areas. Your therapist will always check your pain level and adapt pressure to keep you safe and comfortable.

Deep Tissue, Remedial, Back Walking, Lymphatic Drainage, Prenatal and Acupressure massage can help with ongoing back, neck and shoulder pain, muscle stiffness, swelling and tension‑related headaches. We will discuss any injuries, medical conditions or pregnancy details before starting.
These traditional therapies draw on Ayurvedic and Chinese principles of balance, energy flow and pressure points. They can be deeply relaxing while also helping to restore harmony in the body.

Ayurvedic, Chinese, Reflexology and Foot Massage can be booked alone or combined with oil massage for a more complete treatment. We will always adapt the session to your comfort level and preferences.
Share the experience or enjoy deeper relaxation with more than one therapist. These options are perfect for special occasions, anniversaries, or simply treating yourself and someone you care about.

Couples and Four Hands massages can both be adapted to be more relaxing or more therapeutic. Let us know your preferences, and we will match the pressure and style for each person.

How should I prepare for my massage?

Try to arrive a few minutes early so you can relax before your session. Drink some water, avoid heavy meals just before your appointment, and wear comfortable clothing. You are welcome to shower beforehand if you wish.

What happens at my first visit?

At your first appointment we will ask a few simple questions about your health, any pain or injuries, and what you would like from the massage. We then explain the treatment, leave the room for you to get comfortable on the couch, and check the pressure with you at the start.

What should I wear and will I be covered?

You can undress to your comfort level; for oil massages we usually work directly on the skin but always keep you draped with towels, only uncovering the area we are working on. For therapies like Acupressure or Reflexology, you can remain clothed except for shoes and socks.

Are there any health conditions when I should not have a massage?

Please let us know about any medical conditions, recent operations, injuries, fever, infections or skin problems. In some cases we may need GP or midwife approval before treating you, especially during pregnancy or with serious health issues. If massage is not suitable, we will explain why and suggest alternatives or a different time to book.
